How to add countdown timers in Outlook?

To add a countdown counter in Outlook, you need to:

  1. Select more commands in your quick access toolbar.

  2. Choose the "Attach file" function, click "Add" button and click "Ok".

  4. Open the "Attach a file" window in your quick access toolbar.

After these simple steps you will have a countdown timer in the outlook e-mail.

When I connected the counter to my Outlook, it does not count. What am I doing wrong?

Check your version, Outlook 07/10/13 does not support gif animations, it displays the first frame.
